Nvidia gtx 650 ti boost wont work

I recently bought a Nvidia GTX 650 ti boost and installed in place of my old GT 530. When I go to boot my computer the hp screen shows then after a minute it goes to a black screen with a blinking underscore. Pls help! I Uninstalled all the old drivers!

psu: RS-500-PSAR-I3
gpu: Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 ti boost 2gb
ram:4 gigs of ddr3
cpu: Intelcore i5-2400 3.1ghz
