nvidia GTX 650 will support on my pc or not

I want know that my pc config and my motherboard support NVidia GTX 650 or not
MY PC
Motherboard: ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS Intel
Processor: Intel Pentinium (R) Dual-Core E5300 @ 2.60 GHz
Power supply: Iball 400 watt (I did not know model no.)
RAM: Dynet 2gb ddr2 (2x1)
And also I want to know where my pc is lacking behind presently I have no graphics card

It would be a waste of money to buy the GTX 650ti. The rest of your computer is way too slow, and it will bottle neck the graphics card. You should build a new low end computer, or buy a low end graphics card to go in your current computer.

I suggest you buy a 9800GT for your current build.
