Nvidia GTX 650ti Compatibility

Hi,

Kindly let me know if ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti 1GB will be compatible with my Intel DG35EC motherboard.

My PC specs are,

Intel Core2Quad Q8400M processor
8 GB Ram
Seasonic S12ii 520 W PSU

Thanks a lot.. Could you also suggest me a CPU cooler that can replace my broken stock intel cooler for the LGA775 board. Budget is around Rs1000(Approx. 20$)
