Nvidia Gtx 660, enough PSU?

I am planning to buy Nvidia Gigabyte GTX 660.
Here are my PC specs:

Processor: Intel Core i3-2120 3.30 GHz
RAM: 6 GB
Motherboard: Intel® Desktop Board DH61WW
PSU: Thermal Master TM-420-PSAR-i3 (420W)
Previous GPU: Nvidia GTS 250 (512mb)

Is my power supply enough to handle gtx 660?
Also any other relevant information would be greatly appreciated.

No.
That PSU is not very good quality and the GPU requires at least 450w.
You should get a good 500w psu.
