Nvidia GTX 670 2GB or Palit GTX 750 ti 2GB

I can get a second hand gtx 670 2gb or a brand new Palit GTX 750 ti for about £110. Which would be best for, A) longetivity, B) performance. Will gtx 670 support dx12? Which one is more future proof?
