Nvidia GTX 750Ti - motherboard compatibility problem

Hi. I bought new graphic card, this one and after I put it into motherboard I can't switch on my computer.

My motherboard is GigaByte H61MA-D2V.
Is it compatible with the card, if it's not on this - http://www.pc-specs.com/gpu/Nvidia/700_Series/GeForce_GTX_750_Ti/883/Compatible_Motherboards list? (on the list is GigaByte H61MA-D3V only) .

Problem description:
When I try turn on computer it freezes on BIOS logo screen and beeps 3 times but with long pauses (so.. "AWARD BIOS 1 short beep" or "Memory parity check error. 3 short beep" - I don't know). After that there is black screen with "y" on the right side (pushing Enter = more "y"). Nothing more happens.

When I disable in the BIOS using Internal Graphics and make him to search graphic card on PCI slot - after save configuration it reboots continuously, screen is completely black.

Can you help me?

which bios version do you have on the motherbd? there's an F7a available that improves gpu compatibility.

I checked... I had F1 version. I made update to F6 and everything work perfect! ^_^ Thank you.
