Nvidia GTX 750ti

So I have a question. I'm considering building a system using a 750Ti (the one i'm considering using is this one here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Asus-Nvidia-GeForce-Graphics-GDDR5-PCI-Express/dp/B00ICUGOP0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1449087309&sr=8-1&keywords=750ti ) However I don't know whether to use one or two. I want to use two monitors (I don't mind using HDMI and DVI if I need to) however I don't know how many to use. If you could reply it would really help me,

Thanks for the quick reply! Do you possibly know a good CPU I could use? I'm thinking about a AMD FX 9590 as I could overclock it to 5GHz since it's stock is 4.7GHz...

It really depend on a budget but at the moment if I was building on strict budget I would use a I5 4460 with a suitable H97 motherboard.
