Nvidia GTX 770 low performance?

Hello Tom's Hardware found awesome people on here helping others before and I know I should be able to find someone that can help me with my own problems.

First time so you'll have to excuse my bad setting up!

Okay so here it is; I have recently purchased an EVGA GTX 770 sc (the whole sha-bang)
Although this was a big upgrade from a 7870 I feel like i am still not getting the fps i should be on many games.
BF4-average-40-45
NOT COOL!
So I will leave you with my system specs and hope we can go from there!

SPECS:
CPU: AMD FX 4130 OC- 4.2GHz
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970a-d3
PSU: Corsair 600M
RAM: (Generic) 1333 8GB
Samsung SSD
WD HDD

Your CPu is the bottle-necking problem not the new gtx 770

Upgrade to an 8350 if you want to keep your current motherboard. I suggest an i5 and Z97 for gaming, though.

Well only thing to do is to replace the CPU but if you have more $ invest in 4690k and z97 motherboard and your set for at least 3+ years of no bottlenecks.
