Nvidia GTX 780 Drops fps while recording BF3 and BF4

Hello ! sorry for my english..

So, when i try to record BF3 or BF4,(initially i tried to record with FRAPS,then Mirillis Action,then Dxtory and now with ShadowPlay) i have a big drop of fps,from 120/140 fps to 20 fps. i have this drop of fps for 3-4 second at 3-4 minutes distance. how cand i fix this problem ?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4820K CPU @ 3.70GHz ( overlock 4.2 GHz )
Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 3GB DDR5
RAM: 16 GB
HDD: 3 TB
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate

have you updated your drivers? whats your ram speed?

This issue is known with both of the games the games are poorly optimized for the pc i would recommend uninstalling the drivers with DDU driver uninstaller follow the instructions and than download them again if that does not help make sure you disable origin ingame and Record with Shadowplay because it has no affect on the game so you wont see frames dropping as fraps would

Use shadow play to record. You will get the best results with that software.
