Nvidia GTX 960 in PCI Express 2.0?

Is the latest cards (like GTX 960) have the compatibility support for PCIe x16 v2.0 slot in old motherboard?
Asking this because I've Intel DH67BL mobo which have PCIe v2.0 slot & wanna buy GTX 960 which is PCIe v3.0. So before buying I need some expert suggestion. Kindly help

Not to worry.
pcie 2/3 is completely forward and backward compatible.
And... there is no performance impact to speak of.
