nvidia gtx 960 India

Hi guys ,
Im from India and building a new gaming pc. For the gpu I have my mind set on zotac nvidia 960.
I know that the normal edition has 1177mhz(base) and 1240Mhz(boost) clock speed, while amp has 1266 Mhz(base) and 1329(boost ) speeds.
I would like to know how much the difference in performance is. I would be using it with following specs:

Also for the processor I have chosen intel i5 4440 3.1ghz. Im not gonna overclock. Is there any better alternative to this in same price range?
I would prefer intel processors.

Edit - I misread the headings, same figures though...

7.5% overclock on base, 7.1% on the boost, so I'm going to say about a 7% improvement? 😉

So on a 50fps game, that would bump you up to somewhere near 53.5fps.

I would recommend you to buy Gigabyte, Asus or MSI Gtx 970 other than Zotac.
Many people I know have bad opinions about Zotac products

Prefer Asus or MSI.
Gigabyte is also good.
I'm using asus gtx 960 OC strix. no issue
