Nvidia GTX 960?

Sorry, I'm not the greatest at computer parts and was wondering what difference there is between the NVIDIA GTX 960 2 GB and 4 GB? Does it matter?

Also, does the different makes of the NVIDIA GTX 960 make a difference? E.g. Asus, PALiT, Zotac or Gigabyte?

The only difference between the 2gb and 4gb is the amount of memory. I would recommend the 4gb version. You will find 2gb isn't quite enough for certain games. As far as brand, they are all going to perform more or less the same, they will just have different coolers/factory oc. Just stick with a reputable company. All the ones you mentioned will be fine.
