So i recently built my new rig and had to RMA my motherboard due to a faulty PIN, after recieving it back I rebuilt it just as it was previously but for some reason i am experiancing a very strange FPS issue. Watching videos on youtube or on my PC seems fine but in-game or running benchmarks i am getting MAX 6 FPS.

I removed the thermal paste from my CPU chip and heatsink and applied some new paste (i looked up a guide even though it is relativly simple just to be sure i did it correctly). If done incorrectly would this cause such and issue or is it unrelated/would have other issues as well?

I re-installed my Mobo drivers and GPU ones but still giving me the same results. Have pull the GPU out and re-installed it just to be sure but still no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas what might cause this and what i could do to fix it?

It wouldn't let me add me Benchmark results to the first post so here is my Heaven Benchmark showing my incredibly low FPS:

Unigine Heaven Benchmark 4.0

FPS: 3.4
Score: 86
Min FPS: 2.5
Max FPS: 6.1

Wow just wow. I am in disbelief of how fucking stupid i am. Thank you kind sir for pointing out the PAINFULLY obvious. Yes plugged into onboard, checked everything, redownloaded drivers all because i was a TIT. Please can someone delete this thread to hide the shame i am feeling now.
