Nvidia GTX or GT series

How much better is the GTX series compared to the GT series? will it make alot of difference to gaming? is it worth the extra money?

Yes if you are gaming at 1920x1080 the GTX is the only way to go very big diffrence.. But in the long run it's how much money you have to spend.. If you get gtx you will never look back at a GT ever again
