The Sound card isn't showing as installed and that means there is no audio driver installed... if you have a Nvidia video card, you may have to install the Nvidia Control Panel that installs included with the Video card drivers... for AMD video cards the Catalyst is installed... and you may have to enable the audio output from either Nvidia or AMD video control panel.

did you see the video man? i clearly have all drivers installed

CharanMC; looking at this image indicates that what ever drivers you installed on your system isn't recognizing your audio hardware, and why when you look at the image below I captured from your video, the only audio choice you get are your monitors, you should at the very least see "speakers"

I suggest the following
1. remove your audio drivers you installed.
2. use CCLEANER and clean your registry files
3. reboot
4. search for "device manager" and confirm windows recognizes your sound hardware (functional or not ) in this windows (i.e. look below)

if windows recognizes it without driver install.. right click on your speaker on your toolbar and see if it shows there.
if so set it as default, and test it running a music file... does it work. good
Realtek is weird with windows 7 /10, seem system with drivers work well, and seen systems running better without the Realtek drivers.

once you try this get back to us.

i purposely disabled realtek to see if nvidia would work

hum... when cable is connected HDMI to HDMI monitor, the device sound manager will show the NVidia "monitor" as enabled.
possible reasons why this doesn't work
There is an issue with the adaptor your using
your sound connector is not plugged in all the way in/or defective

I have never seen this device, I have used HDMI to VGA, but it never included "sound" , always had to use speaker wires.
could you not just connect your monitor speakers to your sound card ?

I realize this is defeating your attempts to use a hdmi/vga converter, but it is a solution.

dude i just wanna use hdmi audio separately man. cuz realtek has no bass in it idk why but that is a differnet topic that i spent months to find a solution and failed

its workin with my dvd player tho the audio output

ok tell me this
1.should i return it?
2.tell me the ways i can fix it like what and all i should buy
