nvidia inspector settings

so i overclock my nvidia 610m 1gb bcs the perfomance is so bad, i overclock my memory clock around 100mhz and it run stable, but when i also overclock shader clock around 600mhz, the nvidia inspector always reset to default memory and shader clock, is this bcs the OC is unstable, or anything else?

Overclock with MSI Afterburner. It will not let you set unrealistic values. Do it step by step until you get artifacts.
