NVIDIA installer cannot continue - this nvidia graphics driver not compatible with this version of windows

excuse me eveyone,
i already do - DDU clean uninstall in safe mode
- turn off antivirus
- delete TEMP folder
- windows version 1803 64-bit and up to date
- install from the driver itself not from GeForce Experience
but still can't install the new nvidia driver 399.07 64-bit
idk what to do now ?
btw im using nvidia 950m gtx..

is it because driver 399.07 for higher series ?

have you tried installing the previous version like I suggested ?

as for the why, sometime the latest update is NOT what you want to have running because its buggy with your hardware.

Geforce is notorious for all that crap, installers cannot continue etc.

Just keep trying and try old ones too. I had the issue and could not get my drivers installed until recently they released a new package.
