I recently tried installing the NVIDIA 334.89 WHQL Drivers onto my Windows 8.1 64 bit Drive, but it continuously seems to fail. The issue would appear to be the 'Access Denied' Errors that appear at the install stage, I have logged the install onto a text file and I will link it to here. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am currently manually installing the driver-only bit via device manager which is very annoying and pretty useless until I can get PhysX and Shadowplay back 🙁

Thank you in advance to any kind responder! :)

Solution
OK, I found the solution. Look in System32 in particular and check for duplicated 'TrustedInstaller' entries, e.g. I had a registered user for TrustedInstaller instead of owner. This prevents its from editing the folder and therefore installing. Also, if this isn't your solution please follow IDontUnderstand's method, remembering to clean the registry aswell if required. Thanks especially to IDontUnderstand for his help, albeit even if it didn't help me in particular.
