NVIDIA Installer failed error: New Build (Intel 5.5, Sabertooth Z170, EVGA 650 power supply, GTX 750 Ti) continues after clean

Have read through and completed steps on mutiple threads for a clean install of the NVIDIA Graphics Driver Version 364.51.

No other software was downloaded before this ... just the newly purchased Windows 10 and its updates.

Had to modify the nvaci.inf file with the hardware id that I found in device manager.

Very frustrated.

Did you try restarting the machine then install.

I have restarted with out gpu installed, then again with it re-installed. I have tried gpu on a different pc, not gpu.

I have done cmos reset, flashed bios, removed and reinstalled os...

The mobo is detecting its onboard graphics, but not the new card.
