NVIDIA is eating my storage

Hi guys, basically, my entire storage is just SSDs, and I'm having issues with space. I looked around, and saw that C:\NVIDIA\Downloaded\Public\Cache.Windows is using 22.5GBs. That is a serious problem for me, as I need as much space as I can get and I know that it can't need that much.
What does this file do?
Is it safe to delete?
Should I reinstall NVIDIA?

I've already followed guides online to clear up Installer2 and downloaded, but this is far bigger than either of those 2 were. Thanks for the help.

It definitely sounds like a folder which holds old driver installations, given that the folder is called "Cache.Windows". You don't need to reinstall anything and it should be safe to delete.
The nVidia installer never deletes old drivers so if you update every few months, you end up with huge folders full of useless cruft after just a few years.

There are only a few places to clean up, but they are in different places depending on whether you used the driver installer or GeForce Experience. So any online guide you may have tried before may refer to the wrong places!

Worst case your graphics drivers will not work anymore and you'll have to use onboard graphics to reinstall them.
