Nvidia issues still not fixed?

Ok, so I finally got my geforce installed and working but I'm still having some flickering / horizontal lines in games like TF2 and Crysis. I know this has been an issue with these cards, is there an update that fixes this? Or a way to adjust things so it goes away? I have the latest driver. Thanks.

Flickering or image tearing from having vsync off? In TF2, try turning on vsync, is the problem still there?
