Nvidia/ Msi GTX 760???

So here is my problem... I bought a computer way back in 2014 with an I3 CPU and a GTX760 it worked well but now i'm selling the parts and i'm stumped, my GTX760 looks like the original Nvidia one its black and has 1 fan on BUT instead of the green Geforce on the side it has a white MSI logo, and on the single end fan instead of the Nvidia logo it has MSI on it!? I'm super confused and cant find any other like this somebody please tell me this was either a mistake or the logos have been changed.

Your card is a reference card made by MSI. It makes no difference when it comes to price.
