Question Nvidia MSI Twin FROZR RTX 2070 input lag

I built my PC about two to three weeks ago, at first I had no problems. Ultra setting on all games 70+ frames. I still have 60+ Frames but my input lag is quite unbearable, I've downloaded my mobo drivers, mouse drivers, cpu, and gpu drivers. But i am here with no luck :/........ can someone please help me after i spent a fortune(in my wallet) for this, im also on a 60hz monitor

CPU- AMD Ryzen 2700X 8 core
GPU- GeforceRTX 2070
Mobo- b450 tomahawk
Ram- 2x8 gig Corsair rgb
