Well, if the nView desktop manager is not opening or showing (as I assume) go to Start>Run and type msconfig.
go to services tab and check nvidia related stuff. Also in startup tab , then restart, if it's a problem inside the nView, then what is it? Something related to colour depth, resolution, what?
( I am an Nvidia addict...)

Dear Me 1 Veteran,

Thank you deeply for your quick response!! You sound like the perfect person to
talk to about this problem. Okay, I took BOTH of your suggestions you mentioned
(MSCONFIG and the STARTUP tab as well) and I found NO NVIDIA VIDEO DEVICE listed.
Also NO NVIDIA DEVICE MANAGER. So it's apparent to me I have NO NVIDIA DEVICE DRIVER.

Okay, next question, if I have NO NVIDIA DEVICE DRIVER than what do I have for my video
card AND the necessary device driver to work the video card? (I AM REALLY A NOVICE AT
THIS STUFF, AS YOU CAN TELL) I value your feedback. Thank You very much. Just call me
Video Card VCGUY (for Video Card Guy). Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you.
