It's been more than 2 years since release. 2 years is a full generation in computer lifetimes. It's aging. Only the fact that the next generation is late is keeping it on life support.

No, not really. In the context of technology, old is something that is no longer relative. Since "old" GPUs can play new games just fine, an old GPU would be like a Maxwell card.

I was just going to offer in response to another poster that probably a more agreeable nomenclature would be new/old/ancient.
