IMO: RX5700XT > RTX 2060S > RX5700.

There is not much to seperate the RX5700XT and 2060S performance wise, in some situations you will find the 2060S just sneaks it, in others, the RX5700XT just sneaks it. So the difference is often minimal. Overall the 2060S will be more power efficient however for practically the same performance, the RX5700XT is often much better value.
