Hi, I have had this problem for a while now and don't seem to get what I'm missing here.

I have a GeForce GTX-760 card, and a Samsung s24D590 monitor. The problem is that I have noticed a lot of color banding problems, so I went to Nvidia Control Panel and set everything to highest color depth and Full Dynamic range. But I can't change the "Output color depth", because the only option available is 8 bpc. And the problem persists even if I work with 16-bits in Photoshop. Can anyone tell me why isn't the 24-bit true color option available in the Output Color Depth, or any other option whatsoever? Or if I can fix the banding some other way? Thanks in advance!!

Oh, so that's the highest one, ok, what about the banding though? Any fix for that? Here's a gradient made in PS I'm using as a reference, on my monitor I see terrible banding. This also happens in pretty much any other software.
