Because my GPU temperature so high, so 95-104 °C. That is only reason.

Does the fan spin up under load?

I had to download SW to control the fan speed so it would spin up when it got hot, it wouldn't do it by itself (although it would underclock itself so it didn't overheat) This was on both 9800GT and a Quadro K4000

EVGA Precision is the SW i used for the quadro.

Hi Max,
My quadro 4000 was also getting really hot and shutting the system down in self protection. Turns out the thermal paste was pretty much ruined. Proper cleanup, new bunch of paste and all cool and silent.
