Question Nvidia quadro 600 vs radeon HD 8490

I have these two options to choose from both are around 10-15 $ which is the most I can currently afford (2nd world country ) I plan on using them for both light gaming and light cs design? which do you suggest I buy?

The HD8490. If you were someone who did CS(Adobe's Creative Suite?) then I'd have asked you to go with the Quadro but you wouldn't be able to game on that card.

Turns out Quadro 600 is a beast, capable of playing even witcher 3 on 20-30ish FPS if combined with 8 gbs of ram and a good processor, GTA 5 easily playable on high 720p and so on
