Nvidia Quadro FX 3700, Code 43: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems.

When I open Device Manager and view my Nvidia Quadro FX 3700 the dialog box states, "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" I am confused because my video cable is plugged into the GPU and I am still receiving video. I have tried uninstalling the drivers, reinstalling them, and I checked the 6 pin's connection. I am still unsure why Windows is stating that it has a Code 43. I read somewhere it could be a PSU problem, but I am unsure.

Is that the only graphics card you have installed? That FX is REALLY old. It probably won't coexist with a newer card very well.

It is the only graphics card installed.
