Nvidia Quadro FX4700x2. What motherboard?

What motherboard? Graphic designer,would love intel processor? Which one? The graphics card is DDR3 only. Will be buying Hugh case ,need networking, Ethernet,sound card, and lots of USB PORTS, AT LEAST 10. I'll just start with the board , I'm stuck. I need the 4 monitors that this card has. An FX4700 is a pretty OLD card (10 years old according to Wikipedia). Since you are using old equipment, what budget do you have?

I believe that card only supports 2 monitors.

Quadro FX4700x2 was launched in April 2008. It uses GDDR3 memory which has nothing to do with the motherboard system memory. There are no limitations as to using a certain kind of system memory with that old video card. As far as motherboard goes, you need at least a PCIe 2.0 x16 slot with a space for dual-slot card.

If you have no budget, then a newer 4 output card would be a much better choice. The P2000 or P4000 have 4 display port interfaces. Faster and much less heat.
