Question NVIDIA RTX 2080 crashing?

Every time i load up any games on my PC I will get o's and x's all over the screen and eventually it will just freeze up with no sound to where i have to manually power it down. I bought a HP Omen Obelisk from bestbuy only a month old, I'm 99 perecent sure it's the graphics card doing it. All drivers are updated. Link of what it looks like when it does it.

They just keep running me around, messing with the settings on the graphics. It'll work for a couple hours and just do it again. They also said since I added a ssd that they might not fix it under warranty.

That PC has a 500W PSU.... With a RTX 2080.... 🙄
