I am using the Nvidia RTX 3060 to run Topaz Video AI primarily. I have a few questions regarding a recent build.

1- Everything I read tells me how memory intensive that program is. And yet, the maximum RAM usage that I have observed is only 2.6GB (out of a possible 12GB).
2- Given the cpu type, does the ryzen gpu run at the same time? Or is it superseded by the RTX 3060?
3- After adding some fans, the RTX runs at about 72-74C under full load. How many hours of continuous operation would you say I am good for?

Before you ask, this combination of components was chosen by another. I didn't choose the components.

System specs:

HP 30L

Ryzen 5 5600G
64GB Motherboard RAM
NVidia RTX 3060 (12GB)
2 TB SSD
1 TB SSD
Windows 11

HP 30L
That prebuilt usually came with the worst possible PSU and their builds, in general, are usually overpriced. As for your motherboard, might want to see using CPU-Z what you've got.

^ you're confusing (graphics card)VRAM with (system)RAM, your ram usage will also vary with regards to the project you're working with.

If you can, tell that person to swap out the APU for a processor, would yield better results in the long run. What sort of ram are paired in your build? you can use CPU-Z to see what they are, listed under Memory and SPD tabs.

Corsair DDR4 3200

That Topaz link is dated. Newer versions require considerably more.
My previous box exceeded those requirements and would barely run.

The PSU is a 500w Coolermaster
