Does Resetting Device Settings To Restore Defaults Remove the prre overclocked settings of the card?
That is the overclock done by the manufacturer?

Generally the factory overclock is part of the BIOS loaded on the GPU.

MSI afterburner would let you control the GPU clocks if you are having issues. It does offer the capability to flash those settings to the GPU I believe.

im saying this cause my GPU seems to have less core clock and mem clock speed than the others i saw on youtube(and yes they said they haven't oc'ed their cards.)

That could be throttling from another part of your system. What is your full rig? Have you checked the temps of your card while it's running? If it's too hot then it will throttle.

My CPU temps are fine as they are below 60 and gpu seems ok as its below 67.Now another thing happened as my GPU shows 1304 mhz instead of earlier 1306 and mem clock shows 3506 instead of 3505.
