Nvidia shadowplay issues

Hi I recently brought a new graphics card (gtx 760) and when i installed shadowplay to make youtube videos nothing seemed to be an issue it seemed to record fine but it did not save the video. i turned off shadowplay and turned it back on and tryed again but this time there was a red line through the record symbol, when i try to change the save folder it says that it cant find the C drive, i have tryed saving to other hard drives but it wont save, no error message just it does not turn up in the folder. also i have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and rolled back the driver and it still is not working

Any suggestions?

1. Right click on desktop -> Open NVIDIA Control Panel
2. Under 3D settings open the link Manage 3D settings
3. On the Global settings tab click the "Manage updates..." link
4. Go to Updates tab in NVIDIA Update dialog. If the last update checked / installation date is older than 08/11/2014 please click check for updates.
5. Disable ShadowPlay (wait 5 secs) and enable it again.

I do not have that as an option(the manage updates link) i found this solution adges ago and it does not work
