NVIDIA Shadowplay "not ready"

I need help with my nvidia shadow play not working although it should. I have an AMD Athlon X4 860k cpu and gtx 750ti and 8gb of ram but it says its "not ready". any help is appreciated

Hi,

Here's are some troubleshooting steps you can try that may help.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall NVIDIA graphics.
- Open Program and Features then uninstall anything related to NVIDIA graphics.
- Download and install the latest driver there is.
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/download/index.aspx.
- Reboot the laptop once installed.
- After the reboot uninstall/reinstall the NVIDIA shadow play software.
- Uninstall it from Programs and Features and install it using this link.
