Nvidia Surrond doesn't recognize monitor

I bought two gaming monitors for the first time in my life to play a few games with both monitors running at the same time.

I already plugged them into the card and I can see them both on.

So I went to BF1 to play with dual monitors but it only lets me use one of them.

Did the google research and I found out about Nvidia Surround but it doesn't recognize the second monitor.

I7 8700
16GB RAM

What am I doing wrong?

list your monitors plz
but to speed things up for you try, settings, system, display, towards bottom hit detect button see what happens.

In addition to what @shknawe asks, what happens if you swap the two monitors? Does the issue follow the monitor? Or does it follow the cable?
