nvidia texture filtering high quality vs high perfomance

soo i went to nvidia control panel to set my gpu power to max.. and i saw this mysterious texture filtering it was set to quality and i changed to high quality but ingame im not really sure it did any difference or not .. soo im confused in which settings i should set my texture filtering to ? high quality or high performance?

Up to you, if you see no difference in quality, I'd stick with high performance.
