Nvidia launched its Deep Learning Institute a year ago and has already trained more than 10,000 developers but plans to train 100,000.

Hard to say which platform will be a winning one... all of them are mostly terrible, as their is no winning combination of ease, development speed, cross platform reliability, compute reliability, access to free AND good training etc... in any of the software. All of them have large capability holes.

Pick a camp and pray it works out, because there is alot of commitment required? 😉
