Question Nvidia V-sync looks laggy or doesn't allow more than 60fps

Hello!
I overclocked my main monitor to 75hz and now I want to utilize the additional capabilities. I tested all of Nvidia's V-sync options and came to a conclusion that the normal "On" setting (which reaches 75fps) looks a lot worse than any other V-sync setting. The problem is: all those good looking settings limit my fps to 60, so now I'm not utilizing the 75hz. I tried using triple buffering together with the normal "On" setting but that gave me the same effect as all the rest V-sync options. After this testing I really don't know what I'm doing wrong. Anyone got clues? Ask me anything you may need to know to solve this issue.

Vsync is going to cap FPS to whatever the refresh rate is set to in the NVCP. Regardless of what you did to the monitor, if the refresh rate setting in Windows is set to 60, Vsync is going to limit you to 60 FPS.
