Titan faaar way much more powerfull than 7790..

and none of both card good for 3D application.
Titan is good for gaming but not for pro apps..

if you have the money for titan then maybe either 2 gigabye oc's gtx 670's in sli £650 or another make one is well good enough at £325 but you adding monitors so maybe 2 cards 680 are good then the 690 dual core which will definately run 3 monitors

If you really serious about 3d pro apps, then take the Quadro path..

All quadro cards is (very) terrible for gaming..
FireGL gpu from amd is better, it can play some games..

well, there's no one using this workstation cards just for gaming..
unless you have really much money to burn and money grow from the trees in your backyard..
