Hello, I have ordered a gpu ( geforce gtx 770 ) from bestbuy and learned about the new nvidia bundle but i don't know how it works. I mean how will i receive the game. THANKS

You'll get a card with the a serial code on it. Just follow the instructions. You'll most register it on Nvidia's website and they'll give you a steam code to register which gives you the game to download.
