Nvidia's free gift: Which game should I get?

Just got a brand new 970. So what should i pick? The Crew, AC Unity or Far Cry 4? Which will give me the best multi/Co-op experience?

Thats up to you to decide, nobody can tell you how to have fun.

That being said, get the most expensive one (it makes the most sense financially)
