As all of you know, Nvidia released their superb technology, the G-Sync, which is, only compatible with Nvidia cards and GTX 650 Ti Power Edition or higher. So, what about AMD? I mean, it is like unfair to take this advantage alone, right? So, will there be anything like G-Sync from AMD or will Nvidia be kind enough to make it open for its competitor too?

Solution
AMD has not announced plans to make something similar.

Nvidia has not announced plans to share this technology.

Nvidia is a greedy company that sets high prices for their products and has not shared anything noteworthy.
Amd, is releasing mantle soon for the r7, and r9 series, and is expected to be supported by games, and begged by game developers, and also vastly improves, in game audio, because of sound chips included in GPU.

no. G-Sync is more about solving frame rates smoothness, screen tearing and input lag at the same time which is not possible with current monitor solution. Mantle is graphic API much like DirectX and OpenGL but it gives developer more low level access to the graphic architecture which is useful for developer if they want to get more performance out of the hardware.
