Question nvlddmkm error on event viewer

The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table


Left computer on overnight as it had been weird lately I posted on it yesterday and did the fix I was told and it seemed to work but this error happened overnight.

I surmise your display driver or GPU is bad. You could start with the easy task of removing (not just updating) your display drivers, then installing the latest version.

What GPU would you recommend my current one is 1060 3gb and it seems to work well with the games I play other than the crashing.
