Question nvlddmkm error

i am having nvlddmkm error randomly and not playing any games. It is happening when computer idleing or mining or I am browsing but there is no bsod or black screen which is weird. I have just seen it in the event viewer. details below:

My computer spec

Processor: intel i5 8400
Motherboard: ashrock b360 pro4
GPU: msi rtx 3060
Psu: bitfinix 750 watt whisper gold
Ram: geil evo 8*2= 16 gb

to mention, I did memtest to check memory module and got no error, it came out clean

Try downloading a new set of drivers from nvidia directly for your card. Save them to desktop. Use DDU from guru3d.com (through safe mode) to erase all the old nvidia drivers. Reinstall from the desktop.

Often times that hardware error is the result of driver conflicts/registration conflicts or driver/registration corruption not allowing the hardware to do it's job correctly, so shows up as a hardware error instead.
