Hi

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the nvidia driver (update, if you don't have the latest)

Is any part of your computer overclocked?

Are the temps under load ok?

What is your computers specs (please include PSU make and model)?

Hi.

Specs are:

XFX 780i 3-way SLI
XFX GTX 285 1GB
Thermaltake Toughpower 650w
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz overclocked to 2.8GHz
RAM 4GB DDR2 800MHz, overclocked slightly i think.

Driver ver is 182.06. Should i use the driver that is under optional windows updates??

Thanks. I actualy downloaded the 301.42 WHQL drivers a few days back. I think i had replaced them with some older versions as i still had this problem. However this time i did a clean install, uninstalled first then rebooted and installed this version. Hav'nt had any problems so far.

A lot of people are coming on the forums complaining about the latest drivers and rolling back to some antiquated ones. In most cases, they just need to do a proper clean installation. The 301.42's are some of the best drivers Nvidia has put out in a long while.
