Question NVME drive disk management issues

So I’ve been having a ton of issues with installing a second nvme drive. First one works fine, second one I tried two sn850x and just tried a 990 pro. Can’t assign the drive a letter no matter what. Not sure if it’s a motherboard thing I have an msi MPG Z790. Really want this drive to work but have had no luck. Disk management just will not assign a letter and easeUS partition master keeps saying mounting failed. I’m running windows 11, any ideas on how to fix this?

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Might want to list which drive is located on the board and which eon is first per the models mentioned above. Open up Device Manager and see if any drive is flagged with a yellow exclamation mark.
