NVMe Drive is not Accessible

Hey people,
I have a huge problem:
I recently had a power outage, and after that my Computer no longer wanted to boot. I had windows on an NVMe SSD.
Now I installed Windows on a different Drive in order to check out what is wrong with this drive.
Originally I was able to see the two partitions on the drive but when I tried to look at any data I got the Error message “E:/H: is not accessible. Incorrect function”
Since the drives have disappeared from the Windows Explorer. They are however, still in Disk Management, and in diskpart of the command promt. (see Screenshots)

I have tried a few third party softwares, but nothing worked.
Right now I don’t even have any hopes for my data, and only want my drive to work again, but I am at a loss which is why I come to you.
I tried to Format or delete the drive from the Disk Management window and diskpart (see screenshot) but it doesn’t work.

At this point I only want the SSD to work again. Right now I don’t have the money to buy another, and it is out of warranty.
It’s a Plextor M8Pe(G) M.2 SSD by the way.

Do any of you have any ideas?
I’d really like to save that drive, if possible

I tried your Method however, it says "CHKDSK is not available for RAW drives"

But when I try to change the filesystem with the command H: /FS :NTFS cmd gives me the reply incorrect function.

I guess it is a goner.
I'll try to call plextor, and maybe they'll give me a replacement even though I voided the warranty.

Well, I originally had a Motherboard without an M.2 slot, but some extra PCIe slots (I run a GTX 980 SLI so I don't have that much room left).
The M.2 Drive I bought came with a PCIe adaptor which added some cooling capabilities.
But that Motherboard died for what reason. I still don't know how. Like two weeks after my two year warranty ended on it. So I bought a new Mobo but I wasn't able to find another LGA 1150 Z97 motherboard (4790K) with the same configuration of PCIe slots which made it impossible for me to use the add-in card. So I decided to buy one with an M.2 slot instead, and take out the drive from the adaptor and put it directly onto my motherboard. Opening up the adaptor voided my warranty.
I was concerned about cooling, so I slapped some super small copper heatsinks on there which are made for these kinds of Memory chips (something like this).

That was around 14 Months ago. It ran absolutely flawless until the powershortage.
