Question NVME is not detected with ASUS

Hello guy I'm using Adata XPG grammin S12 m.2 NVME

motherboard is Asus Z490 rog strix gaming e

is that thing compatible ? I'm unable get it work

I tried disabling the CSM
tried clearing the secure boot
gone with windwos
updated my bios

what am i missing how do i know if the nvme is DOA ? or am i missing something that causes the detection problem ?

mobo have 2 m.2 slot, try them both?

It is not detected anywhere in bios windows .. anywhere ... I tried both the slots as well.

I hope device is compatible right ??

I unplugged my all other ssd and hdd ... I already had a windows installed on other ssd so i unplugged all other drives ... I updated my bios as well and disabled csm ...etc ..still in bios it says "NO NVME DEVICE FOUND"

PLEASE HELP SOMEONE 🙏🙏🙏

Please someone help me in this. I can't find any driver fop ADATA either. so am not sure weather this is the driver issue or this NVME is dead .. can anyone please help
